1. Shipping Policy

Faimly Farm collaborates with multiple trusted courier partners for shipping across India. We currently offer standard shipping only. Depending on the delivery location, orders are typically delivered within 3–9 business days from the date of dispatch.

We accept orders only from within India. Faimly Farm reserves the right to cancel an order within 48 hours from the time of purchase. If the order is prepaid, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

1.1 Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing time may be extended during high-demand periods such as festivals or sales events.

1.2 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We deliver across India through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post ...etc.
  • Standard delivery time is 3–9 business days, depending on location.
  • Remote or rural locations may take longer.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

1.3 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary based on weight, size, and destination.
  • Free shipping may be offered on eligible orders during promotions.

1.4 Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email, SMS, or WhatsApp notification with tracking details.
  • Tracking updates depend on the courier’s system and may take up to 24 hours to appear.
  • Faimly Farm is not responsible for tracking accuracy or update frequency.

1.5 Delays & Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays due to courier issues, weather, strikes, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.
  • In such cases, we will make every effort to assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.

2. Returns & Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., fresh produce).
  • Items purchased on clearance or marked “Final Sale.”
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Opened or used items.

2.3 Return Process

  • Contact our support team at support@faimlyfarm.com within the return period.
  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and photographs if applicable.
  • Once approved, ship the product back to our returns address.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
  • Faimly Farm is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

2.4 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned item passes quality inspection.
  • If the product fails quality inspection, it will be shipped back to you at your expense.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

2.5 Exchanges

  • We offer replacements for defective or incorrect items.
  • If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund.

2.6 Fraudulent or Abusive Returns
Faimly Farm reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds for customers who are found to be engaging in fraudulent or abusive return practices.

3. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • Claims made after this period may not be eligible for compensation.
  • For lost packages, we will work with the courier to investigate.
  • A replacement or refund will be offered based on courier confirmation.
