About Family Farm Ghee

Family Farm Ghee (“we”, “our”, “us”) is dedicated to delivering fresh, pure, and traditionally crafted ghee. We occasionally offer rewards, loyalty benefits, promotional offers, and discounts to enhance your shopping experience. These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern all such programs, along with our general Terms of Service. By participating, you agree to these T&Cs.

1. General Terms of Promotions

  • These T&Cs apply to all promotions, reward programs, discounts, coupons, instant offers, cashback deals, and special campaigns conducted by Family Farm Ghee.
  • Each promotion may have specific terms (duration, eligibility, redemption limits) mentioned in its announcement. In case of conflict, the specific terms will override these general terms.
  • Promotions are valid only for purchases made directly from Family Farm Ghee’s official channels (website, authorised stores, official marketplace accounts).

2. Eligibility

  • Participants must be 18 years or older or have parental/guardian consent.
  • Rewards and offers are available to registered customers in India unless stated otherwise.
  • Some offers may be restricted to specific customer segments or locations as defined in the campaign terms.

3. Rewards & Loyalty Points

  • Points are earned on eligible purchases, excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts.
  • Points earning rate: ₹100 spent = 1 point
  • Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.
  • Points are credited within 24–72 hours after successful delivery of your order.

4. Redemption

  • Points can be redeemed for eligible products or discounts as per the redemption chart on our website.
  • Minimum redemption requirements and per-order redemption limits apply.
  • Points cannot be combined with certain offers unless explicitly permitted.

5. Expiry & Forfeiture

  • Points expire 12 months from the date of earning unless otherwise stated.
  • Unused points will be forfeited if your account is inactive for 12 months or is closed.

6. Promo Codes, Coupons & Discounts

  • Promo codes are single-use unless stated otherwise and must be applied at checkout.
  • Only one promo code may be used per order unless specified.
  • Promo codes cannot be applied to:
    • Gift cards
    • Clearance/sale items (unless allowed)
    • Bundled or special-priced products
  • Expired or invalid codes will not be honoured.

7. Instant Discount Offer Terms & Conditions

  • Instant discounts apply only when the eligible payment method (bank card, UPI, wallet) is used.
  • The discount amount, minimum order value, and applicable products will be specified in the offer details.
  • Bank/Wallet partner terms also apply — Family Farm Ghee is not responsible for delays or failures by the payment provider.
  • If the order is cancelled or returned, the instant discount will be reversed.

8. Bank & Wallet Cashback Offers

  • Cashback offers are governed by the respective bank/wallet provider’s terms.
  • We are not liable for payment gateway errors, provider delays, or failures to credit cashback.

9. Terms of Specific Promotions

  • Each special campaign (festive offers, clearance sales, combo deals, gamification rewards) will have its own set of rules stated in the promotional material.
  • These rules will define start/end dates, participation requirements, and benefit limits.

10. Gamification & Special Promotions

  • Spin-the-wheel, scratch cards, referral bonuses, and other interactive rewards are subject to campaign-specific rules.
  • Fraudulent participation, automated entries, or abuse will lead to disqualification and account suspension.

11. Cancellation of Rewards/Orders

  • If an order is cancelled before dispatch, points earned from it will not be credited.
  • If an order is cancelled after dispatch, any credited points will be deducted.
  • We may cancel rewards or offers at our discretion in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these T&Cs.

12. Returns & Refund Impact

  • Returns and refunds are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  • If an order is returned, points earned from that order will be deducted.
  • If redeemed points were used for a returned purchase, they will be reinstated only if the return is approved.
  • If an offer was conditional on a minimum spend, and returns bring the spend below that threshold, the benefit will be reversed.

13. Other Terms & Conditions

  • Rewards and offers cannot be sold, bartered, or applied to past purchases.
  • We reserve the right to cap point earning, redemption, or discount value per customer.
  • Errors in pricing, description, or availability may lead to withdrawal or cancellation of offers.
  • Participation in any program implies acceptance of these T&Cs and our general Terms of Service.

14. Fraud Prevention

  • Accounts found to be abusing offers (multiple accounts, fake referrals, misuse of coupons) may be suspended or terminated without notice.
  • We reserve the right to recover benefits obtained through fraudulent activity.

15. Governing Law

  • These T&Cs are governed by the laws of India.
  • Disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jharkhand.
